To book an appointment, simply call this number (440) 268-8445. You can schedule an appointment for the following hours…Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. If, however, you call our office after working hours, please leave your name and telephone number so we can call you the next working day.

If you are in pain or have an emergency, you can reach any of our doctors by calling the same number. Simply follow the directions and we will endeavor to see you that same day.

Although emergencies can occur any time, we will try to keep to our set appointments. In the event we were late for your appointment, kindly understand our constraints.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We ask that you notify us 24 hours ahead of your appointment time if you are not going to make it to avoid a cancellation fee.
